“I had a really nice stay here. The room was clean and secure, the wifi, air conditioning, shower, all worked great. The staff was super- friendly and helpful. They were patient with my awful Spanish and were able to switch to English when needed. Even the restaurant had good food. Not a luxery resort, but perfectably servicable at a good price. Puntarenas isn't the "nicest" town per se but it is interesting and authentic and this hotel is very good.”

Vista la zona, Puntarenas, un po' squallida ē l'hotel ideale per passare una notte in transito per il traghetto per Paquera o per avvicinarsi a S.Jose. “We really liked this hotel. The location was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean but the bathrooms were a little tight for space. They brag about their coffee and for good reason - it was delicious - especially the Americano con leche. We did find the water to be intermittently hot in the showers and when the hotel had more guests it was a little louder. We would recommend. ”
